Sodexo and Jobcentre Plus Employment Project

In the weeks running up to the end of 2012 Sodexo approached View Training with a desire to work in partnership on a programme to employ a number of security operatives across London and the South East. Well aware that a large number of Hackney residents had gained their SIA licences early in the year and that some people had working experience from the Olympic Park; the focus was a refresher course in employability.
